The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Kathleen Wendt can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Kathleen was a special sister who was thoughtful, kind, loving, loyal and funny.
When I put my Christmas wreath up she made for me it brings such good memories of the time we were able to share.
She raised her family Cheryl, Bruce and Steven with the values she was raised with. I know how they feel loosing a mother and feel for them. I pray for healing for each of them and for us as a family because right now it feels like a void knowing she won't be there at the other end of the phone laughing and talking and even crying when we said I Love You at closing.
I treasure our time this last September when we girls were able to get together here in West Kelowna and relax with each other laughing and reminiscing. Nothing can ever take place of that.
Rest in peace dear sister and some day we will be together in glory.

love you now and forever

Condolence: Aunt Kathleen was a wonderful person, she had a heart of gold and was considered one of the nicest people you'd ever meet. Across the many miles that separate our families, thoughts of her and Uncle Henry and my cousins were always happy ones. The few times we spent together were the absolute best, and I miss you all very much. With love and sympathy, Peter, Rebecca and Lucas.
